SECURITY & SAFETY

• There will be a main First Aid Area located inside the main building.​​
• There will be on duty Security at all times.
• Lost property will held inside the main building for the duration of the festival please talk to a member of staff. Should you be searching for items after the festival has ended, please email [email protected] with a description of your item(s) and a member of staff will assist you where possible.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for their children (17 and under) throughout the festival. Upon entrance to the festival we will ask parents/guardians to write their phone number on their child’s wristband.
• Exposure to loud noise can damage hearing, particularly in children. Please come prepared with well-fitting ear protection.
• All vehicles parked at owners own risk.
• All Ticket holders & crew agree to comply to any searches  if the designated security deem necessary to their person, vehicle, luggage or equipment.  Anybody refusing a search will not be allowed entry to the festival.

TICKETS

• Ticket will be inspected upon entry. You may be required to prove your connection to the ticket buyer if not you and may be asked to provide ID.
• A ticket will permit entry only once. Duplicates will be detected and entry denied.
• Defaced tickets will not be accepted.
• All child ticket holders (11 and under) and teen ticket holders (12 – 17) must be accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian who is over 21 years old.
• The festival will operate a “Challenge 25” system on the ticket gate and at bars to prevent underage drinking, please make sure you bring your I.D.
• Ticket holders are subject to search by authorised security upon entry and during the event if expected to carry on with any of the restrictions below (Things you can't do). The Festival may refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for unreasonable or dangerous behaviour. Should you be refused entry for any reason, we are not liable to refund you for the ticket you have purchased.
• Harambee Pasadia CIC do not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the website, any interruption or any failure to complete a transaction.
• The Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised program and timings without being liable to pay compensation.
• The Festival may refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for unreasonable or dangerous behaviour.
• Camping in the Festival grounds is included in the ticket price. A designated area is provided for camper vans / live-in vehicles and a ticket for such a pitch must be separately purchased.
• Tickets are not transferable and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase. Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances other than cancellation of the event or unless the event is moved to another date which prohibits you from attending. In the event of cancellation, the full value of the ticket less any booking fees, transaction fees, postage, and insurance will be refunded.  Please note that some tickets contain a hidden booking fee, so it appears as £0 to the customer. If you would like to know this fee before purchasing, please call. In some cases there will be a deadline for a refund / new date request which may invalidate your refund request if not responded to in time. Although we will do our best to keep you informed of any cancellation, it is the ticket holders' responsibility to establish whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event.
• If you pay a deposit for a ticket and miss the advertised deadline to pay the balance, your deposit will be void and no refund due.
• The customer accepts full responsibility for all contact information on their customer account and must ensure it is updated when necessary.
• Lost tickets/wristbands will not be replaced.We are unable to accept any liability or replace any tickets lost, stolen or damaged after they have been received by you.
• The Festival site opens as follows:      

           Thursday   11am to 11pm
           Friday      10am to 10pm
           Saturday    10am to 10pm​
           Sunday   Leave grounds by 6pm

• Day tickets will be available on the gate, but are subject to availability. Day ticket buyers can enter the site at 10am on the day of the ticket and can stay  until 11:59pm on the day.
• ​Gates shut strictly for entry and re-entry at 10pm every night.
• Parking will be an additional charge of £5 per vehicle.

THINGS YOU CAN’T DO

• No Alcohol to brought into the main event area (performance, workshop, activity area). You are permitted to bring a small amount of alcohol for your own personal consumption into the camp-sites but not into the Main Event Area. This must not be in glass containers, no glass is allowed on any part of the site. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone we suspect of bringing in alcohol not intended for personal consumption.  
• Harambee Pasadia Festival will strictly enforce a zero tolerance policy on underage alcohol consumption. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All children will wear coloured wristbands to indicate their age & all staff, particularly bar staff, will know the significance of this. It is illegal to sell alcohol to or purchase alcohol for under 18s.
• No Smoking inside any of the performance, workshop, activity areas. This is the law.
• Strictly no Drugs – Big NO! We have a zero tolerance policy and your stay with us will be short. No illegal drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide are permitted.
• No glass (bottles, jars etc) will be allowed into the Festival or campsite.
• No animals/pets (except guide dogs) are permitted. Pets are not allowed into the HUB other than guide dogs.  Please email [email protected] if you are planning to bring a guide dog.
• Any aggressive behaviour may result in you being asked to leave the event site immediately. Do not make a lot of noise in the campsite… we’re sure you can see the sense in this one.
• No open fires, disposable barbecues or campfires in the campsite, except for small rocket stoves or other small devices used for cooking purposes only. Barbeques are only permitted on site in the designated areas – speak to the Camping Registration Team.
• No fireworks, sky lanterns, smoke and gas canisters, or explosives permitted.
• No independent sound systems are permitted.
• No weapons are permitted.
• No air horns, flares, laser devices, drones and UAV's
  No private generators are permitted.

CONSENT:

• Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotions of the Festival.

ADMISSION:

• Admission is at the ticket holder's own risk. The organisers and Premises Licence Holder will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.
