Harambee Pasadia Afro Fusion Festival are continuously working improving our accessibility to ensure a better experience for disabled customers. We strive to make the festival as accessible as possible to everyone. All areas are step free.
We offer all disabled customers an additional free ticket for carer / personal assistant to accompany them to the festival. Disabled parking and camping areas will be reserved at the closest point to the main arena and campsites (badges/cards must be shown). To qualify for the free carer/PA ticket, it is mandatory to provide one of the following forms of supporting documentation as evidence of your requirements:
If you miss the deadline, you can provide evidence on arrival at the ticket office on site at the festival. Under these circumstances, carers will be permitted free entry at the discretion of box office staff. Please note any submitted documents will be deleted after authorisation is provided. If you do not have the above evidence but feel you need assistance to access the festival, or if there are any specific requirements or concerns, please feel free to contact us to discuss in confidence.
